Shipping policy
Orders will be processed and shipped within 7-12 business days after the order is placed, but may be earlier! Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Please note that once the package is with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays or mishaps caused by the post office or delivery service. We encourage you to track your package using the tracking number provided. It's important to note that PartywithJulie and our shipping partners do not consider weekends and holidays as business days.
Refunds:
We take pride in the quality of our products, and customer satisfaction is a top priority. However, refunds will only be issued for products that are defective due to manufacturing issues. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with a description of the issue. We may request photo evidence of the defect for verification purposes. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or issues caused by user error.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original packaging, parts, cords, controls, etc. must be included.
Post-Delivery Issues:
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damages, delays, or lost packages caused by the delivery carrier. In the event of a lost or damaged package during shipping, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
